Imparts Functional characteristics like emulsification, Thickening, Dispersibility & water binding. Readily wettable. AMBUJA DEFATTED SOYA FLOUR/FLAKES/GRITS (UNTOASTED) Ambuja Defatted Soya Flour/Flakes (Untoasted) is used in manufacturing of Textured Soya Protein (Soya chunks/Soya granules), Cakes, Bakery Goods, Pasta, Soups, Sauces & Gravies, In Fortification of cereals, Sweet Goods (Dough Nut), Fried Pie / Pasta, Adhesive Glue, and Dal (lentils) Analogue, Impart Functional Characteristics like Emulsification & Stabilizing High water absorption. AMBUJA FULL FAT SOYA FLOUR (ENZYME ACTIVE) Ambuja Full fat Soya Flour Enzyme Active is a special production process retains the activity of natural enzyme lipoxygenase, used as Bleaching agents for Bread, which bleaches the wheat flour pigments to improve whiteness of Bread. Addition into flour Mixes, baking improvers, help in lightening the colour of finished products. AMBUJA FULL FAT SOYA FLOUR (ENZYME IN-ACTIVE) FOOD GRADE Ambuja Full fat Soya Flour Enzyme In-active can be used in Wafer Biscuits (Reduces Breakage), Cakes, Pastries, Cookies, Mixed Grain Breads (Improves moisture absorption, Freshness Longer), Baby Foods, Dietetic Foods, Soups, Sauces, Chocolate, Confectionery, Spreads and savories/Namkeen (Increases crispiness, reduces oil consumption in frying), Soup Thickener.
