Introduction CPS 743 is a copolymer polyol especially designed for the production of flexible slabstock foam. It can be used in blend with conventional polyether polyol for the production of enhanced and high load bearing foam. The foam produced with such blends shows a hardness increase proportional to the level of CPP added. Sales Specifications Appearance --- White Liquid Viscosity, cps at 25degC --- 4000~6000 Hydroxy number, mgKOH/g --- 28.0~32.0 Water content, % --- Max 0.08 Acid number, mg KOH/g --- Max 0.1 pH , IPA/Water --- 5.5~7.5 Applications CPS 743 is used extensively in the production of conventional Slab flexible polyurethane foams for automotive, furniture, sound absorption and headrest application.
